01 - CNC machining

Precision milling & turning

We produce complex metal components to tight tolerances using 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centres. From a single prototype to series of several thousand parts.

Our machining department handles a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, titanium, brass and engineering plastics. All parts are inspected using CMM equipment and documented with full dimensional reports. We work from customer drawings (DXF, STEP, IGES) or collaborate with our engineering team on design for manufacturability.

02 - Casting & forging

High-strength structural components

For parts that demand high structural integrity and are produced in medium to large volumes, casting and forging offer the most cost-effective path from raw material to finished component.

We work with aluminium die casting, iron casting, and steel forging processes. Cast and forged blanks are finished in our own machining department, giving you a single-source supplier for the complete part. We manage tooling, sampling (PPAP available), and series production, working with certified foundry and forging partners across Europe.

03 - Powder metallurgy

Sintered components at scale

Powder metallurgy (PM) is the most efficient manufacturing route for complex-shaped metal parts in high volumes - near-net-shape components with consistent density, tight tolerances and minimal waste.

We specialise in sintered steel and iron components for OEM applications: gears, bushings, cams, sprockets and custom shapes. PM parts are produced to ISO 2740 and MPIF standards. Post-sintering operations - sizing, machining, heat treatment and impregnation - are performed in-house or through our qualified partners.

04 - Prototyping

From drawing to part in days

Getting a physical part in your hands quickly is often the fastest way to validate a design, test a fit, or demonstrate a concept. Lead times are within 10 working days.

Prototypes are produced using the same processes as series parts - CNC machining, casting, or PM - ensuring that your prototype accurately represents the final production component. DFM feedback is included with every order, helping you reduce cost before committing to tooling or series production.

05 - Hydraulic cylinders

Custom cylinders, engineered to spec

We design, manufacture and test custom hydraulic cylinders for mobile equipment, industrial machinery, marine applications and OEM integration - from a single unit to serial production.

Every cylinder is engineered to your requirements: bore, stroke, pressure, mounting, seals and surface treatment. We produce single-acting, double-acting and telescopic cylinders. All cylinders are 100% pressure-tested before delivery. Our team can work from your drawing or develop the specification from your functional requirements.

06 - Engineering support

Your technical partner,
not just a supplier

Many clients come to us with a concept, a rough drawing, or a problem to solve. Our engineering team is involved from the first conversation - reviewing designs, suggesting alternatives and helping you get to a manufacturable solution faster.

We offer DFM and DFQ reviews as a standard part of our quoting process - we flag issues before production starts, not after. For larger projects, our engineers can be engaged as a technical partner throughout the product development cycle.
