What we make
Manufacturing
capabilities
From a single prototype to a full production series - we cover the complete manufacturing cycle in-house. Six capabilities, three product directions, one engineering partner.

01 - CNC machining
Precision milling & turning
We produce complex metal components to tight tolerances using 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centres. From a single prototype to series of several thousand parts.
Our machining department handles a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, titanium, brass and engineering plastics. All parts are inspected using CMM equipment and documented with full dimensional reports. We work from customer drawings (DXF, STEP, IGES) or collaborate with our engineering team on design for manufacturability.
Request a machining quote- Full dimensional inspection with CMM and documented reports
- DFM review included - we flag issues before production starts
- Anodising, hard chrome, zinc plating and other surface treatments arranged
- Works from STEP, IGES, DXF or PDF drawings
02 - Casting & forging
High-strength structural components
For parts that demand high structural integrity and are produced in medium to large volumes, casting and forging offer the most cost-effective path from raw material to finished component.
We work with aluminium die casting, iron casting, and steel forging processes. Cast and forged blanks are finished in our own machining department, giving you a single-source supplier for the complete part. We manage tooling, sampling (PPAP available), and series production, working with certified foundry and forging partners across Europe.
Request a casting quote- Single-source: casting/forging + machining + surface treatment
- Tooling design and management included
- PPAP Level 1-3 available for automotive and industrial OEM
- European certified foundry and forge partners
03 - Powder metallurgy
Sintered components at scale
Powder metallurgy (PM) is the most efficient manufacturing route for complex-shaped metal parts in high volumes - near-net-shape components with consistent density, tight tolerances and minimal waste.
We specialise in sintered steel and iron components for OEM applications: gears, bushings, cams, sprockets and custom shapes. PM parts are produced to ISO 2740 and MPIF standards. Post-sintering operations - sizing, machining, heat treatment and impregnation - are performed in-house or through our qualified partners.
Request a PM parts quote- Near-net-shape - minimal machining, minimal waste
- Complex internal geometries not achievable by machining
- Self-lubricating bearing capability (oil-impregnated PM)
- Consistent part-to-part quality across large series
04 - Prototyping
From drawing to part in days
Getting a physical part in your hands quickly is often the fastest way to validate a design, test a fit, or demonstrate a concept. Lead times are within 10 working days.
Prototypes are produced using the same processes as series parts - CNC machining, casting, or PM - ensuring that your prototype accurately represents the final production component. DFM feedback is included with every order, helping you reduce cost before committing to tooling or series production.
Start a prototype project- Same process as series - no surprises when you scale up
- DFM feedback included - we flag cost drivers before tooling
- First Article Inspection (FAI) report available
- Direct path to series production with the same team
05 - Hydraulic cylinders
Custom cylinders, engineered to spec
We design, manufacture and test custom hydraulic cylinders for mobile equipment, industrial machinery, marine applications and OEM integration - from a single unit to serial production.
Every cylinder is engineered to your requirements: bore, stroke, pressure, mounting, seals and surface treatment. We produce single-acting, double-acting and telescopic cylinders. All cylinders are 100% pressure-tested before delivery. Our team can work from your drawing or develop the specification from your functional requirements.
Request a cylinder quote- Full engineering support - from functional spec to drawing
- Chrome-plated, stainless and corrosion-resistant variants
- Special seals for extreme temperatures (−50°C to +200°C)
- Repair and overhaul service for existing cylinders
06 - Engineering support
Your technical partner,
not just a supplier
Many clients come to us with a concept, a rough drawing, or a problem to solve. Our engineering team is involved from the first conversation - reviewing designs, suggesting alternatives and helping you get to a manufacturable solution faster.
We offer DFM and DFQ reviews as a standard part of our quoting process - we flag issues before production starts, not after. For larger projects, our engineers can be engaged as a technical partner throughout the product development cycle.
Talk to our engineers- DFM review on every RFQ - no extra charge
- Process selection guidance: machine, cast, forge or sinter
- Tolerance analysis and GD&T support
- Long-term technical partnership for product development
